Over 35 years ago, Peter Kuchinke was the first German glassblower to be awarded the title of Maestro in Murano, north of Venice. With the sought-after master's title in his luggage, he returned home, where Peter was commissioned to design a pendant lamp. After a few versions, the final draft was created. He created the “Tropfen” pendant light.
The “Tropfen” designer pendant light is reminiscent of a pearl of water that is about to break the surface tension beneath it with a touch. Like a work of art, this unique lamp gives the room a stylish atmosphere that is effective even when it is switched off and its illumination subtly floods the room in all its splendor.
The Harzkristall glass manufacturer has been producing pendant lights for private and commercial customers for over 70 years. We work with glassmakers and designers to create unique pendant lights. Our pendant lights convey a cozy atmosphere and are an extraordinary eye-catcher - whether at home in the living room or hallway or in a hotel or restaurant. All illuminated glasses are made by hand - mouth-blown in our factory in Derenburg am Harz.
